Shivaratri Brahmotsavams at Srisailam – Special Buses

Mahashivaratri celebrations and Brahmotsavams at Srisailam are set to begin on February 19th and continue until March 1st. Telangana Tourism has announced special tour packages for devotees, including transport and accommodation options. The packages offer visits to various important sites in Srisailam, including the Ropeway, Phaldhara, and the Srisailam Dam.

Shivaratri Brahmotsavams at Srisailam – Special Buses

Mahashivaratri preparations are in full swing at Srisailam. Every year, Brahmotsavams are conducted during Shivaratri at Srisailam, and this year, arrangements are at the final stage. With the expectation of a large number of devotees, officials have made several decisions regarding the arrangements. The Brahmotsavams will take place from the 19th of this month until March 1st. In addition, Telangana Tourism is offering special packages for visiting Srisailam. Maha Shivaratri falls on the 26th of this month, and the Mahashivaratri Brahmotsavams will begin at Srisailam on the 19th. Devotees from the Telugu states are expected to flock to Srisailam in large numbers, prompting extensive preparations. Telangana Tourism has introduced special packages for visits to places like Srisailam. For a two-day trip, packages are priced at ₹2,999 for adults and ₹2,392 for children. Two buses have been allocated specifically for the Srisailam trip, one of which is an AC bus. The prices for non-AC bus packages have also been announced.

For non-AC buses, the price for adults is ₹2,000 and ₹1,600 for children. Accommodation will be provided for two days. The tour will begin at 8:30 AM from the Tourist Bhavan and will reach Srisailam by 5 PM. As part of the tour, the Sakshi Ganapati Temple can be visited en route. Devotees will be taken directly to the hotel. The Srisailam darshan is planned for the second day, either in the evening or early morning.
